wget https://packages.microsoft.com/config/ubuntu/22.04/packages-microsoft-prod.deb -O packages-microsoft-prod.deb
sudo dpkg -i packages-microsoft-prod.deb
rm packages-microsoft-prod.deb
- Install the .NET SDK (instead of the runtime only) by running the following commands
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y apt-transport-https && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install -y dotnet-sdk-6.0- To verify the .NET installation on your Ubuntu machine, run the following commands:
dotnet --list-sdks
dotnet --list-runtimes
dotnet --info
